I have made pies for years and heard a long time ago about egg white for stopping my soggy bottoms and it as always worked. Last Friday we had some friends round and I made an apple pie for sweet this time it didn’t work have you any idea why not your feed back would be most welcome so it doesn’t happen again. I didn’t put warm filling in the pie l can’t think what went wrong and I was a bit upset about it. Many Thanks
