I made my usual dutch apple pie recipe for Thanksgiving. For the first time, I blind baked the bottom crust then added the crust dust. It was perfection! Now, two days later, the last two slices are still here and still no soggy bottom. I’ll never make a fruit pie without crust dust again. Thanks!
