Hi Andrea, that's a tough one! We haven't tried this with a grain-free flour or arrowroot, but I suspect our Paleo Measure for Measure flour would work well in crust dust, since it works as a 1:1 substitute for all-purpose flour in regular (non-yeasted) recipes.
