Hi Marianna, we haven't tried this with gluten-free flour, but I suspect it would work equally well, particularly if you use our GF Measure for Measure flour, which is formulated to work 1:1 in place of All-Purpose flour or Whole Wheat flour in regular recipes that don't contain yeast.
