Hi! I usually start my pie on the bottom rack at 450° for 15 minutes, then 350 middle rack for the duration. I have avoided soggy bottom crust this way. I maybe have had 2 or 3 soggy crusts in all my time baking, which is a lot! I will try the crust dust because even one soggy crust is to many for me! Thanks for the tip!
