Hi N.S. we don't currently have a flaky vegan pie crust recipe that is specifically geared for savory pies, but it should work fine to reduce the sugar in half for savory pies, and I suspect even the full amount of sugar wouldn't necessarily be out of place in a savory pie. Sometimes a touch of sweetness in the crust will compliment a savory filling nicely.
