Hi there Sugarbunny! When it comes to frosting, it's really all about personal preference. Many times bakers will leave a bit of room around the edge for handling, transportation, keeping the edges nice and neat, etc. Feel free to put as much (or as little) frosting on...either way they are sure to be delicious!
