Thank you for explaining the types of cocoa and when to use. I have the recommended Scharffenberger natural, and bought Dutch and black from KAB. Triple Cocoa Blend seems the most popular & preferred for overall use. What amounts of each would I use to blend at home until my stock is used? Thank you!
