We don't currently have a stand alone natural cocoa in our selection. Our triple blend can be used in recipes that call for natural cocoa, but by blending it with the dutch process cocoa we have found that it is a little less bitter and wonderfully versatile. If you find you need a natural cocoa on hand we suggest either Guittard Organic Natural or Scharffenberger Natural Cocoa powder.
