I like to make my own cocoa mix once it gets colder outside. Great for snuggling up in a blanket after being outdoors in the winter months. Which cocoa would you recommend in a recipe using powdered milk and a non-dairy creamer? It seems I made the mix one time using the Dutch processed coca and it gave the hot cocoa a rather purple and unappetizing look.
