If not a cookbook, then perhaps a conversion chart so something can be made GF?

I use your Measure for Measure frequently for things that I make for family members that must have GF foods. Sometimes I can simply substitute, other times, not so much, but for recipes where that simple switch can be made, why not highlight that!?
