I don't want another cookbook, recipe book, etc. I have spent a fortune on cookbooks. All I want is a very good whole grain/whole wheat bread recipe that doesn't turn into a rock after a day or two. And I don't want a 'starter' that has to be babied for weeks before finally starting to make bread. I just want a solid dark, country loaf. Can you help?
