Hi Betty, we don't currently have any gluten-free cookbooks available for sale, but if you're looking to convert your grandmother's recipes to gluten-free, our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour might be a good place to start. This flour works very well as a 1:1 substitute for either all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour in regular cake, cookie, muffin and other recipes that don't contain yeast. We don't recommend substituting this flour into regular bread or pizza dough recipes that contain yeast (or sourdough starter) because no gluten-free flour is quite up to the challenge of substituting into that type of recipe. For gluten-free breads or other yeast-raised baked goods, your best bet is to find a recipe that has been written to be gluten-free, and to use the type of gluten-free flour recommended in the recipe. We do have a wide array of gluten-free recipes on our website, and a helpful guide to baking gluten-free.
