I’ve had my Ankarsrum for a couple of weeks now, and I love it. I binge-watched as many YouTube videos as I could before ordering and while waiting for it to arrive. I’ve made bread with it 4 times already with fantastic results, and I’m about to make my first batch of loaded oatmeal cookies this morning. Going to use the dough roller as advised. Can’t wait to see the results!

On another note, though, it amazes me how many people get the machine and start trying to make recipes, obviously without reading any instructions or watching any videos, and then complain because it doesn’t work for them, or say that the learning curve is too steep. The information is out there, people! Watch some videos and/or read instructions. The cookbook that comes with this mixer has a lot of good tips in their recipes, so even if you’re not making that exact recipe, it will still give you an idea how to proceed with your own recipe. Sorry for venting, lol.
