This machine won't break a sweat. I do recommend, though, using the same method as the U.S. distributor recommends: water, salt, sweetener (if using), dough conditioner (if using), etc., first. Mix at low speed. Add 1/2 of your recipe's flour, then the yeast, then keep adding flour until pulling the arm in creates a "doughnut" around the roller. You might actually need a little less flour than your recipe calls for depending on ambient conditions (bear in mind that unless you're working in a professional setting, there'll be fluctuation). Do a YouTube search for a Bread Beckers video called "Ankarsrum (Electrolux/Magic Mill/Verona) Mixer Demonstration." I promise it will put you on the right track.
