Guess I better get busy and try mine out again. Have had it for over a year now, and got frustrated after a couple tries and haven’t used it since.
But after reading these comments and hints, I will try it again and persist. Thank you for all the hints.

By the way, absolutely LOVE my Zojirushi bread machine. Works beautifully for all cycles, especially dough cycle. And love waking up to smell of fresh bread when using timer cycle.
