I am curious to see how the Ankasrum does with mixing cake batters. Why can't you use chilled butter with the beater/plastic bowl as it says in the manual?
I would appreciate your response as I am anxious to try the Ankasrum to give me a bigger bowl capacity compared to the Kitchen Aid I am very happy with. I am planning to purchase this during the $50 gift card offer.
