Hi Sandy, this video from Ankarsrum USA should be helpful when it comes to making cookie dough in the Ankarsrum. Note that they recommend reserving the wire whisks for soft or melted butter and simple cookies. For loaded cookies, it's best to use the roller attachment to mix the dough.
