I've been looking at buying a mixer for years, but procrastinate because I find features I dislike enough to keep me from picking a brand and model. KitchenAid always seemed to have interesting attachments, but I never bought one. In the last year or so I've been following the Lead Safe Mama and that has made me even more selecting. I don't mind paying more for an item I feel confident is worth the money and is safer when it comes to being lead free, etc. Any idea is this mixer has had any lead testing? For the price, I'd definitely want that to be a feature. I checked Lead Safe Mama's site and it hasn't been one she's tested. Thanks.
