My Ankersrum is named Gothilda and helps me regularly prepare up to eighteen loaves of bread (six at a time) to bring to our twice a week farmer's markets. It's a top quality machine, and we've gradually bought many of the other attachments. Rarely does a day go by that she isn't hard at work with me in the kitchen, slicing vegetables, kneading bread, stuffing sausage, etc. We have bought two others for wedding gifts to family, and we highly recommend the Ankersrum.
