I love my 6” cake pans and have been cutting recipes in half for 9” because the volume is similar. I also have a 7” Bundt cake pan, a 7” angel food cake pan and several 7” pie pans. I make them all from a half of a recipe of normal sized pans or pie plates. Who ever started making these pans is my best friend. I also now have a 1/2 of a Pullman loaf pan, perfect full sized slices of bread, only not too many of them!
