Thank you for the proportions. My family has downsized so I need to make smaller cakes and it's been tricky figuring out sizes. I have 2 small springform pans that I have used to make cheesecakes using one regular recipe. We eat one and freeze one. It's great to be able to pull something amazing out of the freezer when we are in desperate need of a dessert.
