Hi Michele, we think this cake is best served fresh, so if you're planning to serve it at a dinner party, we wouldn't recommend freezing ahead, but frozen leftovers should still be delicious. If you'd like to try freezing we would recommend wrapping it well before freezing, and then thawing overnight in the refrigerator. Reheat gently in a 350°F oven to help release some of the moisture that may develop.
