annice estes October 9, 2022 at 10:56am I used the Pink Lady apples and they were very crunchy. Might use Golden Delicious next time. (softer and tend to hold their shape). I was using a 10" diameter springform pan and made 1.5 times the quantities listed in the recipe. Turned out well. Reply
