I'd like to bring some of your your shelf stable powdered buttermilk onboard our boat for our 3-4 month trip. I understand it needs to be stored in cool-dry place.
Boat has air conditioning so tempurate is not a problem. Dry? Would it be safe to store in a good pehapsair-tight container- in a plastic bag in my galley? With perhaps some rice added? Thank you.
