Hi Roy, no, the Buttermilk Powder dissolves, so I would recommend using 2 ounces of water to replace the 2 ounces of liquid buttermilk called for in your recipe, and then add approximately 8g(.3 ounces) or 1 tablespoon of the Buttermilk Powder in with the flour. The powder doesn't reconstitute well, so it will incorporate better if you mix it in with the flour before adding it to the liquid ingredients in your recipe.
