Second time making bagels in my Ooni and they are amazing! I’ve been making bagels for years and wasn’t sure what I’d think about doing them in the Ooni, but they are turning out to be the best I’ve ever made. I followed Martin’s suggestions and I haven’t even burned one! So thanks for figuring out the best method and sharing. Highly recommend trying them if you have an Ooni.
