Hello KA! I'm a little confused by your product that is labeled "Gluten Free 00 Pizza Flour" but you state "(this) would not be suitable for anyone following a wheat fee diet". I have Celiac Disease so always eat only gluten free. If you would elaborate and provide more clarity on what your statement means, it would be helpful. In my mind, it is either GF or it's not GF. Are you saying that a GF wheat product may not have gluten but still has other properties that are toxic? If so, what exactly is that? Many thanks for your attention to this issue.
