Hi Carol, if you're using the same pan that you've had for years, it could be that the nonstick coating has started to wear off, or you've got some baked-on grease that is leaving a sticky residue. If this is the case, we've found that a product called Dawn Power Dissolver works very well at removing baked on grease.
