I know what you mean, Kathleen. I bought heavy-duty (and costly) patterned Nordic pans, with high hopes of beautiful cake presentations, only to have them completely stick, every time, even with oil, shortening, AND flour. So brokenhearted. I'm going to make the goop and try one last time before I give up for good.
