I have begun to use baking spray that includes flour in the spray, and it works so well. It is perfect in bundt pans of all sorts if I use it, let the baked cake rest on a rack for 10 minutes after baking (then taking out). Never a failure anymore. In regular 8” or 9” cake pans, I use baking spray with parchment on the bottom only. I spray the bottom with the baking spray, place the round parchment on the bottom to allow it to pick up some of the baking spray, and flip the parchment over so that now both sides of the parchment round are coated. Always beautiful. Thanks!
