I have a highly decorative cake pan purchased recently. I am reluctant to use it as I can foresee all kinds of problems getting the cake out of the pan in one piece! I have recently used the spray/sugar prep for a tube pan and cake came out nicely ( as I held my breath!). Friends are encouraging me to make this cake so will give it a try. I enjoy all your posts and baking suggestions.
