Hi Shawnie! It sounds like your dough is over rising in the bread machine and the yeast is exhausted before it comes time to bake. To account for this, I would recommend lowering the amount of yeast by 1/2 teaspoon. If this still happens, a full teaspoon less would be best. I hope you find this helpful and happy baking!
