Thank you for a such useful info... my oven packed up so i rely on my air fryer. Today i tried to make pizza in it and made the mistake of putting the topping together and as you can imagine it was a little disaster..topping were delish but dough pretty much under done. Also the grams for thin or thick crust was very helpful. Wish i saw your article before!!! I got left over dough so going to give a go preheating the dough. Thanks:)
