How do you keep the dough flat? I tried different ways to do it, and produced way too many useless hubcap or Bryce Canyon-shaped crusts-and I have the pictures to prove it! I have accomplished this in both barrel-style air fryers and air fryer ovens. I now do skillet pizza and reheat it in the air fryer.
