PJs article "Pizza to fit your Timeline" is also helpful when using the air fryer for pizza. Par baked pizza shells are great for using in the air fryer. I make 7" rounds, par bake for 8 minutes or until set but not brown, in my regular oven. A recipe of dough makes about 7 rounds for me. After they cool, I store them in the fridge and pull out a couple when the mood for something yummy and fast strikes. I pre-heat the air fryer, add sauce and toppings to the round and drop in. Only takes about 5 minutes at 360. My grandsons love these. They can make them fast and the pizzas are better than going out for them. You may have to experiment with the timing and when to add the cheese (that is, with the sauce or after the sauced pizza has baked a little). Since the heat is on top, the cheese can burn quickly.
