Great tips! I keep four sets of measuring spoons in an Emile Henry creamer pitcher on my counter - two sets of your "spice jar" measuring spoons, one set of regular round ones, and a set that includes a "dash," a "smidgen," and a "pinch" - not for accuracy, but they are sooooo cute! I also keep a couple of small metal spatulas in the pitcher for levelling off ingredients when measuring - essential!
