Great question Sue! You might be able to get away with just refilling the pans with a recipe that has oil or lots of fat in it, but if you want to make sure you don't have any stuck-on disasters, a quick rinse and a new layer of grease is the best route to take. I'm sure you won't (since you are part of the family) but don't forget you can always call our Baker's Hotline to double check!
