Hi Starr, we haven't done much experimentation when it comes to non-dairy substitutes for malted milk powder as yet, but I did find this article elsewhere online that you may find helpful. One option would be to combine our non-diastatic malt powder with some non-dairy powdered milk like coconut milk powder or soy milk powder. We also suggest using dark brown sugar as a substiute for malted milk powder in pancakes in this blog post.
