Hi Sue, we don't have a chart that offers Dutch oven size/dough capacity, and there will be some variability in how much dough a pot can hold, depending on how high-rising a particular bread recipe happens to be. However, I can certainly suggest that we develop a resource that offers this information. For the size Dutch ovens that we sell, you can fit about 2 pounds/907g of dough in the Bread and Potato Pot, and our 4.2-quart Dutch oven can hold a recipe as large as 2.75 pounds/1248g of dough.
