I love experimenting baking with a Dutch oven while camping. Added corn bread batter on top of chili and made the small batch focaccia and both worked great! I would like to have a resource on how big a loaf of bread I could bake in the two Dutch ovens I have- 8 inch/2 quart and 10 inch/4 quart. For example, a recipe that is no more than ‘X’ cups of flour for those 2 sizes of ovens. I also rely on the charts that suggest the number of charcoal briquettes on top and bottom of the oven since I don’t carry a thermometer.
