Thank you, Rossi, for sharing these recipes with King Arthur fans! Last Saturday, my husband brought home a variety of fruits from our local Illinois farmers market. We had blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries, so I used a mix in the recipe for Blueberry Streusel Pie. I had picked up a bag of organic lemons at the supermarket which added great flavor. I used the press in butter crust on your website. I think it’s the best pie that I’ve ever made.
