Hi Ward, our Gluten-Free Measure to Measure flour should work beautifully in these recipes. Baking time might be a few minutes longer when using our GF Measure for Measure flour in place of the Unbleached All-Purpose flour, but check at the time recommended in the recipe and reset the timer from there. As always, we recommend either weighing your flour (our GF Measure for Measure weighs the same as our Unbleached All-Purpose flour), or using this method to measure your flour by cups.
