Hi Sabrina! Brownies certainly are a wonderful treat! You can use chocolate chips or chopped semisweet chocolate when doing this method. Both of those will yield delicious results! If chopping your own chocolate, just try to make sure the pieces all about the same size/shape so they melt a bit more uniformly in the warm mixture.
