This is one of the most helpful posts I’ve seen. I already have my butter and eggs coming to room temp for the lazy daisy cake A few questions:
Does a 6” round pan take half the recipe of a regular lazy daisy in a 8-9” pan?
Would the half bundt pan take a full recipe of lazy daisy?
Did you add the coconut topping before the cake had fully baked?
