Interesting. Should a person use a specific amount to coat the chips, then subtract that amount from the flour or cocoa called for in the recipe? Or is the amount so small it won't throw the recipe out of balance? Would the cocoa, if extra is added, need additional sweetening in the recipe to counteract the added bitterness?
