This sounds like a beautiful base Chris! Try making two or three different glazes and pouring them alternately on the cake to get an even more interesting color pattern! Personally I would start with blackberries because the deep color and how they pair well with chocolate. But I'm not sure that you will be able to get a very dark color with any fruit, so you may want to add a few drops of food coloring to your glaze to get the color that you want (or multiple colors). Hope it comes out as beautiful as it sounds!
