Very helpful! After getting a concussion thanks to a texting driver, I couldn’t tell the white ingredients apart for a few months. Salt, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder all looked the same to me. My dear husband would measure out the ingredients and arrange them in the order that the recipe called for. Then I could successfully finish baking. It gave me a sense of agency when I really needed it, plus cakes, cookies, and more!
