Thank you so much for posting this. Not only are these excellent and applicable tips (I use a lot of these already- I'll have to look into that whiteboard timer!) but it's a delight, almost a relief, to see that advice coming openly from a very well known, well respected company. It's easy to feel invisible or unwanted as a disabled person; being not only acknowledged but meaningfully assisted means everything. Especially when it means you're featuring & supporting a fellow disabled person!
