Paprika app allows you to enter your recipe or download recipes from emails or web sites, even from the wordy blogs people write.
It allows you to scale and convert a recipe (and not just in whole numbers - only have enough eggs for 1 & 1/2? It will figure it out). I used to think I didn't need that feature, but after grossly miscalculating the baking soda I needed, I was corrected!
Also can edit a recipe (I put my changes in CAPS so I know what is me and what is original) and I put info in the notes section of I am still tweaking the recipe (1 1/2 cup sugar too much, try 1 & 1/4)
